These are in order based off of grades, competitions, attractiveness, and popularity
Top
Delta - they've silenced the haters. Top 5 placement in GW along with great grades, and hot girls, this is your number 1 house on campus.
Chi O
Pi phi
Kappa - I think it's officially time to solidify kappa among top houses.
Upper mid
Theta
Aphi - it's time Greek town starts taking a phi seriously. 3 placements in gw within the last 4 years. All they need to do is boost grades to soar to the top of upper mid
Axo - this house could honestly be ranked higher. They are extremely well rounded.
ADpi- getting kicked out of gw, plus a just really off year for adpi, moves them down
Lower mid
Gphi
DG
KD - may still be considered bottom tier depending who you ask. They just don't rush attractive enough members for people to consider them mid tier.

SK - despite the recent GR drama, this house is still more liked than zeta

Look at this way:
Houses that improved this year:
Delta-not that they had much to work on, but they had a good year
Kappa-Can't see a reason to not call y'all top tier now, so good job
A Phi-Proved they are more than people originally thought, still have areas to work on, but they got better this year
AXO-same as A Phi, got on people's radar more when I use to not even think about them.
DG-didn't have any major problems this year. Got some cute girls, made an honorable attempt at GW despite not placing. I call this a win for a house that's had lots of trouble.
KD-Got cuter, got smarter, got more involved, moving up.
Phi Mu-got cuter and sweet girls, surprised in competitions, congrats ladies you could make a case for being middle in a couple of years
Houses that stayed the same:
Pi Phi-still on top but didn't do anything to make me say hey, you could be #1. Holding steady in top tier and not in any threat of loosing that spot or gaining the top spot.
Chi O & Theta-Probably interchangeable for bottom of top or top of middle. Nothing stands out about either, and although there are some quiet victories for each, neither really made a claim for moving up. Hey, at least you didn't get worse.
SK-to me SK moved up last year, and this year I think they plateaued in the same spot. They didn't drastically screw up to move down, but they had some internal drama. But they improved involvement, did well in GW, and got some good girls. So it cancels out and you stay where you are.

Yes, I agree especially with DG. I think this house has had problems in the past but we need to stop demonizing past mistakes with DG and encourage them to try and improve. They really did try hard in GW and they didn't have any major screw-ups like they have in the past. Which considering the problems that have plagued them in the past, I think that's wonderful. I hope DG continues to improve and keep themselves out of trouble.

All DG did this year was stay out of trouble for once. So congrats I guess?? Not sure how that earns them a more solidified spot in the rankings... Good job on not being worthless??? I dunno how to give praise to a house that did what it was supposed to.

Theta won homecoming, rams and got top in grades, I believe that is doing just fine. And although ChiO was a little off this year, they are still a strong house. One year won't change that. Both are sought after during rush and both always get who they want during rush.

Not sure where you got that Theta isn't sought after. Theta has one of the best "come back" rates during rush. They get the girls THEY want. Sorry they cut you, but no need being bitter. Facts are facts!

Theta is THE house to get into for a certain type of girl.
The valedictorian, overachiever, resume builder type girl. I know a lot of girls from Texas seek Theta out because they have the polished, prim, hardcore grades type. Now if you're not the Hermione Granger type, as I put it, Theta is either too intimidating to pursue or they're too "boring" if you're more party/laid back. But Theta has it's niche and I did see girls crying during rush because Theta cut them and it was the house they wanted.
Again though, you have to be a certain type of girl to seek Theta out.

I agree that theta is THE house to get in for a certain girl. But the same is true for Chi O and Delta. I see girls devastated that either Chi O or Delta cut them... I would argue that theta being "THE house" for a certain girl isn't unique as each house is "THE house" for a certain girl. I'm not diminishing the fact that they are a stable house. But I don't think that they are THE most sought after house or even close to it.

Theta is the house the smart girls want if brains are all they have. PiPhi is the house the smart girls want if they also have other outstanding qualities. ChiO has some of both, but their girls are neither as smart as Theta nor as well-rounded as PiPhi. Some, in fact, are just awkward. But I definitely would put Theta in the top tier and they are VERY sought after during rush. I know of several girls who were cut by Theta and then dropped rush. It is esp. popular among St. Louis private school girls. And their legacies take being in that house extremely seriously and will drop rush if Theta drops them.

I'd rank KD over DG just because DG needs to lay low for awhile and get over all the hazing and drinking controversies. Plus, their PC have gotten rougher looking as the years have gone by, where KD stays the same in the looks department. But, KD wins that spot just for not being in Panhell's gun sites.

Phi Mu will remain in the bottom tier. It is sad but it is true. When people "mooooooo" at your members just because of your letters, it is hard to get good girls. They will continuously fight for the leftovers. KD could potentially move up just because they do compete well. If they could get 2 cute pledge classes, which would then be half of their sorority, they would definitely move up. Zeta could if they just kept their good members and got rid of their crazy ones and got their grades up. Sigma gets another good pledge class like this year and ups their grades they could jump too. SK I can't tell which way they will go. Next recrutiment is huge. But like I said unfortunately for all the Phi Mu posters, you will always be a well-liked bottom 2 house at Mizzou. Sorry:(

I'd have to disagree with you. I haven't seen anyone "moo" at any Phi Mus in at least 2 years. They have the cutest PC they've had in all my years here and their girls are becoming more involved. Cute girls attract more cute girls, so that may prompt a turn around. Some frats are liking them more (LXA, Acacia, Delt Sig, Delta Chi). I do agree that next year's recruitment is huge for this house. But personally, I'd rather go for a house based on great sisterhood over drama and crazy girls any day. I think others would agree. I think this will give Phi Mu a slight edge over Zeta and SK this upcoming recruitment.

Except delta isn't the top house. That position is far too selective. Some still don't even think they're top tier at all

I guess so. Because I have a different view of a top house than you. I don't think Sorotistutes who blow their sisters boyfriends and try entirely too hard to be the stereotypical sorority girl, monongramming every detail of their life, dropping hundreds of dollars on clothes to make them look more "sorority" when really they just look try hard, never usually placing in any Greek related activity because they take nothing Greeks actually do that seriously and they sometimes have decent grades but it's not consistent. I love their philanthropy. I really do. But who wouldn't? Its helping kids with cancer. And just because your philanthropy is popular doesn't make you top. KDs is too and they aren't anywhere near top.

Hello moron, last year was the first year Sigma Kappa was recognized as an installed chapter, they were just a colony when they started. So maybe get your facts straight?
