Delta - they've silenced the haters. Top 5 placement in GW along with great grades, and hot girls, this is your number 1 house on campus.

Kappa - I think it's officially time to solidify kappa among top houses.

Aphi - it's time Greek town starts taking a phi seriously. 3 placements in gw within the last 4 years. All they need to do is boost grades to soar to the top of upper mid
Axo - this house could honestly be ranked higher. They are extremely well rounded.
ADpi- getting kicked out of gw, plus a just really off year for adpi, moves them down
Lower mid
Gphi
DG
KD - may still be considered bottom tier depending who you ask. They just don't rush attractive enough members for people to consider them mid tier.

SK - despite the recent GR drama, this house is still more liked than zeta

Thanks, Kappa. I have never see a bigger group of also-rans and wannabes. My guess is that maybe 20% of the Kappa pledge class had Kappa as their first choice. This is a bunch of girls who don't really want to be where they are, wishing and hoping that others will think more of their house than they do and rank them at the top. Give it up, Kappa. You are solidly upper mid-tier, below ADPi and probably tied with Theta. But coming on this site and boasting you are top tier doesn't make it so.

After the great year kappa just had, even I'm surprised they haven't shut people like you up yet and I'm far from a kappa fan. Give credit where it's due, they're a strong house and don't fit in the middle tier. They are a top house.

I am having trouble believing Alpha Phi thinks it can be upper mid-tier with their abysmal grades. Don't get me wrong: Alpha Phis are on the rise and probably belong in the low- to middle- mid tier, but just being pretty isn't enough (just ask GPhi). You have to be well-rounded, and that means grades, honors, awards, athleticism, leadership etc. The next couple of pledge classes will be very telling: either you become more selective and institute serious grade cuts in order to achieve higher rankings or you settle for being right where you are. The power is in the hands of your exec.

before you attack me, I AM NOT AN ALPHA PHI. I am in a bottom tier house.
I think Alpha Phi definitely belongs in the upper-mid tier. Think about it: the only thing keeping them from being a ridiculously good house is their grades. You might say their grades are awful, but how many grade points do we really have between the top and bottom houses? My house consistently has awful grades but we never get crap for it because, honestly, we don't win anything and we don't recruit cute girls. A Phi is known for their beautiful girls, fun parties, and sweet attitudes.
And living so close to them, I've gotten to know them this year. GreekWeek and HoCo to them aren't about winning, they're about bonding with their sisters. It doesn't even really seem like they're trying and they're still placing well. Imagine what will happen when they start studying and actively trying to win competitions. They are definitely on the rise.

Would keep KD in the bottom (for now) and just make one mid tier that includes G Phi and DG. Middle houses are very polarized, lots of good and bad and opinions about them. But they offer something bottom ones don't (or don't yet). Could make a case for bumping Theta up. But I think splitting a top, middle, bottom into multiples is just way too personal preference.

Mkay, give me a solid reason other than you think they're weird that they aren't one of the most successful chapters on this campus because I'm dying to know why you think pi phi and chi o, who may I remind you are also EXTREMELY weird girls, are above them in any way. Is it some weird insecure thing you have that you can't think for yourself so you have to let the general population of Greek rank decide who is top and who is bottom for you? You can't argue facts hun. They have so much more to offer than either of those houses especially after this year. Who cares if YOU think they're weird, they're still probably doing better than your house on the most important levels. Top tier no doubt and you sure as hell aren't gonna change my mind.

first of all, who says "mkay" ? like, are u fifteen.. second of all, I think theta is an extremely successful house but I don't think that makes them top at all. Sorry to break it to you, but one thing that theta is missing is POPULARITY. How much more do they have to offer? pleaseeee enlighten me. They won homecoming.. SHOCKER!!! They're still recruiting unattractive girls.. ANOTHER SHOCKER!! At least the pi phis are popular on campus. You can win hoco and gw every single year and have good grades, but if you have ZERO presence on campus and in greek town, you cannot be a top house.

exactly, chi o is obviously not as good as they once were as people on this website acknowledged. they are probably at the bottom of the top tier. they are more popular as of now than theta even if it is because of their house, making them better than theta
