anyone super surprised by ddd?

Not too surprised... They've placed the past three years in RAMS and are generally pretty good at sports. I think this random pairing system was good for DDD because it showed them they really can shine. Hopefully they'll learn from this and choose wisely hoco pairings. I know they already disregarded DU for hoco pairing. If they can snag AEPi or AgRho I think they could be a strong contender for hoco. As for Kappa, this is the third year they won. Everyone knows they're strong for greek week. Both houses definitely deserve applause but I don't think them placing came out of no where.

I wasn't surprised. I've always said that if Delta could pull together their skit they would place well because their dancers have always been amazing. I'm happy for Delta because they are more than just a pretty girl house but they've never cared enough to prove it. I hope they keep this momentum up because they can win if they try.

Kappa wasn't a surprise either. They're, what, three time defending GW champs? No shock there.
