Now that night 2 is over, what are thoughts on fling so far?

Does anyone think G Phi will lose "taste points" for their skit? I don't understand how the skits are judged. Which skits stood out to you? Who do you think will place?

I liked DDD, Phi Mu, and Kappa the most. A Phi/DG not far behind.

AXO did a really good job considering the bad movie they had. I havent even seen the goonies, but everyone has seen space jam and bugs life. The were the only ones with a legit plot. Don't get me wrong, Kappa had great costumes and it was really cute, but I can't help but wonder if they would have done as well if they had a different movie. Tri delt and Kappa both had similar story lines: forbidden love. At least axo and phi mu were unique in that aspect. Gphis was plain awful

Who hasn't see the goonies?? Geez. Axos skit was good, not funny but easy to follow and clean. And yes- it had a plot. Axo knows how to do 1 thing right- make a skit that will place bc they score high marks where it matters. Creativity, plot, and easy to follow. Their costumes and acting however were piss poor. We shall see.

So far are Kappa, DDD, and (shockingly) DG. APhi could be up there but I think their dialogue was awkward and inappropriate. Also really liked AXO and Phi Mu.

Has anyone ever beaten AEPI in fling? I'm only a sophomore but I can't remember them ever losing.

AEPi is pretty much a guaranteed skit win. AEPi and Sigma won fling for GW the year they were paired together so if they can make Sigma look good, they can help anyone win skit.

If you have AEPi and you lose skit, it's because your house sucks.

how was SK's?? I didnt go. i was just wondering since i thought their skit for hoco was pretty good, are they going to be consistent?

The problem with SK is that the same six girls keep acting in all of their skits and they aren't funny. That blonde girl who was an assistant to the queen in their HOCO skit was in this one and she is just awk. The only reason SK placed in HOCO is because everyone else got DQ'd. Their skits aren't funny but their dances are usually pretty on point. That's still not enough to place though.
