Phi kapp although they don't party as much lately because of issues with their housing corp. But still as far as reputation and connections go with phi kapp. They have more to offer than DU, which is just partying.

If you want a respectable house, go Phi Kapp. If you want to black out every night, go DU. Depends on your personality. Those houses are nothing alike

I've never had fun at DU parties, there's never any booze and the girls there are always way too drunk. Phi Kap all the way.

I'd say it's the complete opposite to the above poster. Probably one of the nastiest houses I've been in with just rude guys. It isn't called "Delta Uoops I Joined" for nothing.
