social frat rankings

Since I am about to turn 21 and I will be a junior next year, I will not be going to frat parties anymore. So for all of you incoming freshman this is my honest rankings of frat parties during my two years of going to frats. This is based solely on parities, cuteness of guys and socials. Basically the only thing incoming freshman care about. Nothing else.

TOP TIER:
DU, KA, FH

UPPER MIDDLE:
PIKE, Kappa Sig, Sig Ep, Delt, Pi Kapp

MIDDLE:
TKE, Sig Chi, Delt Sig, Phi Psi, AEPi, Beta

LOWER MIDDLE:
Phi Delt, AG RHO, Lambda Chi, ATO, Sig Nu

BOTTOM:
Fiji, Sig Pi, Ag SIg, Delta Chi

What ever frat isn't listed, I never partied with them. So I can't accurately rank them

You can't forget to mention the AEPi Christmas party. If there's one party that always dominates the social calendar every year, it's that party and you should not miss it as an incoming freshman.

TKE still throws better parties despite only having houses in Aspen. Once they have their house back they will have even better parties. Don't hate on TKE, they're cool dudes.
