Thank you once again to the ladies of TriDelt, Kapoa & ChiO for the nonstop self promotion. You are either terribly insecure or high or both. The recent discussion about Black Fraternities is far more accurate & thought provoking.

Adpi- they're close to top but they lack so much consistency. If they could be more consistent in everything they do, they would be top.

Alpha phi- wow they have come so far. Very involved, beautiful, fun and sweet. They may lack in grades pretty bad but there's nothing about them that you could hate.

Axo- for sure a great house. Good grades, work hard in competitions, good group of girls. Just a good solid house.

Gphi- I just can't put this house above axo or aphi. They're cliquey, grades suck, they look like playmates. They're not a true sorority, they're a group of party girls.

Delta gamma- I just don't know. They're self explanatory. Basically just another gphi only with even worse attitudes.

KD- average at everything except looks. They aren't the most attractive at all.

Delta may have pretty girls with great hearts, but they are all clones of one another. If you think they are the top house, you need to aim a little higher.
Theta is strong in many areas and you might very well be working for a theta one day. As for me, I plan to own the company who hires the Theta. They always play by the rules, but there is no great spark of innovation or independent thinking there.
ChiO is a great house. If you are judging an entire sorority by one pledge class, you aren't seeing the whole picture.
Kappa? The whole package? Hardly. They try too hard and want so desperately to be a top house. They still have a way to go, and part of that is that they wear their inferiority complex on their sleeve.
If you are looking for an outstanding house with a majority of girls who really have something special, the whole package can be found at ADPi or PiPhi. Now, before you claim I am a member of either of those houses, I'm not. I am a senior in a very good house who has been part of panhell and who has four years of up-close experience. Those two houses are made up of bright, confident girls who, for the most part, don't care what the rest of Greektown thinks. That individualism and confidence can't be learned. You either have it or you don't. And while there are some members of Theta, ChiO, Kappa and Delta have it, the majority of ADPis and PiPhis are true standouts. They ooze confidence. They are quirky, smart, attractive and, best of all, their own person.

I agree with the person who said PiPhi and ADPi stand apart from the crowd. Some of the girls in those houses may be odd, but there are odd girls in every house. I noticed this air of confidence the minute I stepped foot in those houses two years ago when I went through rush. I pledged a great house, but I always have had respect for those two. I also think that in time Alpha Phi may join their ranks, but they have to work on their grades. I also think their sisterhoods are strong and they have a real appreciation for each other.

PiPhi, yes. ADPi, maybe. But I also think Theta is full of some self-confident girls. Some ChiOs, too, though I think their earlier pledge classes were much better than the last two. And that house? Yuck. But Kappas and Deltas? Never. Deltas are clones and Kappas are wannabes. Both have a long way to go to be distinctive in any way.

Kappas self-entitled? What in the world does that mean, anyway.

id call ADPi the wannabe house before Kappa. At least Kappa has established tradition of always being well rounded year after year. ADPi is just randomly good at some things then suck in others every year but still keep trying to self promote themselves to top on here.

Literally, how can piphi even be considered a top house? Don't get me wrong - they're a GOOD house. Definitely top of the upper mid tier. But compared to other houses who go above and beyond? Piphi BARELY even tries during competitions. Like have you seen their greek week banner?
They're hardly involved either, even though they get good grades - I'll give them that. But they're 100% the CLIQUIEST sorority in greek life; they only socialize with each other and frat guys. I feel like other sororities are much friendlier with getting to know girls in sororities different from their own.
And that stupid headband thing piphis always do? No wonder they're stuck with the stigma of being a stoner house.. They dress like hippies!

Pi phi isn't "stuck"w/the reputation of being a stoner house. . . they smoke a lot of weed & are super chill. Who cares if they like to get high? It's no ones business!!

are we all just gonna ignore the fact that Delta blatantly listed themselves as the top house??? Was this Delta that wrote this high or something?
