They definitely have a "type." Like the other person said you should definitely have money and good grades.

You either have to have money, and not Ladue or Town and Country money, I'm talking old money, stupid amounts of family money. Or you have to be a legacy. Also Beta takes grades more seriously than any other frat.

You have to turn tax records, parent's occupation and how many dependents you have. There must be someone in your family with a landed title or a name passed down (at least) three generations. If you have that, you should be fine. Also, they have strict yearly requirements depending on which party holds the house. Ex. if you're democrat now... shoot. It's not hard, the stars just have to align [coming from a beta sig right now but im sure ;)]
