Phi Kap, for sure. Beta is all about money and grades. Very snobby. Not hot. Their house is great, but not worth the hype.

I don't get the fascination with Sigma Chi at all. Not hot guys, really strange looking as a group. The older classes are much better looking then the freshmen and sophmores. Not very nice either. Obsessed with themselves.

Phi Kap is the only house that girls consider hot across the board.
And they're a lot more genuine than the other two. They get all the best looking girls.

My opinion anyway.
