What is this building? Was it once a house? Does anyone live there now?

Never was a house. It's an apartment complex mostly for Greeks. Very nice inside.

used to be zbt until the 90s, was pi kap and then it caught on fire and was sold and renovated to become an apartment complex

Good lord are they really coming to Mizzou soon? If the rumors are true and SK is struggling (which honestly I don't know - I don't believe much on here) then bringing in another chapter when we already have SK and Sigma on shaky ground is just stupid.

I've see DZ national reps all over campus. They're hard to spot because they're sending pretty, young girls but I've seen them with DZ stickers on their laptops, I saw one woman wearing her pin. Sigma Kappa and Delta Zeta nationals were duking it out to see who would come back and Sigma Kappa won out only because they had a house already.

So, rumor has it DZ is trying to buy out Richmond Place or another spot in Greek Town and once they finalize that, they're going to get their house ready and colonize here. I'd say in the next two years. So SK, Sigma and Phi Mu better shape up or be prepared to ship out.

To any and all people who think this site has any credibility, please note that in 2014 people insisted DZ was about to arrive at Mizzou. Hint: it didn't. And we don't need yet another struggling house with a lousy national.

Old ZBT house.

Somewhat surprised no Greek organization has grabbed it up. Owners must want too much. Prime Greektown location.
