Lol completely inaccurate. Kappa may not be a top tier sorority anymore, but it sure is a 10 times better house than Aphi, Gphi, and Tri delt. Aphi’s new house is beautiful, but they have a long way to go before they are considered anywhere close to top tier. As for Chi O, Theta, Pi phi, and Adpi, these are the actual most selective houses with the highest standards, best sisterhoods, and best recruitments. If your basing this ranking on the stereotypical party girl houses, you’re so tone deaf. There are pretty girls in every single house that love to go out and be social, as well as maintain a good gpa and campus involvement. However, you will more than likely find these well rounded girls in the 4 houses listed. This is also not to say that houses like Aphi, Gphi, and Tri delt don’t have some equally smart girls and involved girls. Bottom line is: Every house has a range of girls, but to refer to one of the most selective houses on campus as “top tier on a good day” is just plain wrong.

The original post had to be from an Alpha Phi… Alpha Phi is NO WHERE near “top tier”. They try so hard to casually position themselves as top tier on these discussion boards about “tiers” that it’s laughable… they are a mediocre “lower mid tier” house at best. Last time I looked (Fall ‘21) their grades were below the All Sorority, All Women’s, and All Greek averages. The new house is gorgeous, but it’s still the same girls who need to study more and party less… and when they party they need to try to be less sloppy about it.

please share the data and your source as to how alpha phi “statistically” recruited to consider itself a top house for the past two years
I think the word you meant was “subjectively”
the OP (likely an aphi) put aphi in top three and adpi in lower mid tier. swap aphi to lower mid tier and adpi to the top line and this ranking becomes slightly more accurate… then flipping zeta down to line 3 and kappa up to line 2 would be about as accurate as this list will get

Define how Alpha Phi “recruited top 3 for the past 2 years”? Top 3 based on… ? No rush… we’ll wait (no pun intended).
Just stop, Alpha Phi. Admit it to yourselves and accept it that you’re a lower mid-tier house… and that’s being completely fair… b/c if grades and class were the ranking factors you’d be bottom tier.
