well considering AXO only took like 3 girls, getting 2/3 hot girls is good for them. lol. APhi's girls are all hot, no surprise there. SK - meh, not so much. Again, not surprised since the recent drama. Haven't seen DG's.

A Phi did not get their usual batch of hot girls. If the girls they COB'd had been in their Fall PC, I would be mortified for them. SK and DG got hotter PC's than A Phi did this time around.

It's not all about looks people! Aphi drastically needs to boost their grades, maybe these new members have awesome GPAs that will sky rocket Aphi into top tier!

1. DG does suck, sorry.
2. They took a ton of girls because they can. Maybe their nationals were pushing them to a make quota? More girls = more $$$$! it's not about if they suck or not, honestly this is a business and maybe they need to bring in money for something. Renovations to houses cost thousands and thousands. DG desperately needs to renovate so that could be your answer.

Yes, more girls, more money. And renovations do cost $$$$$. But if you pledge decent girls and have a good sisterhood, people rarely drop, you don't have to COB and your house is always full. When your house is always full, you have plenty of money (and more) to do renovations. Just ask Theta, Delta, PiPhi and ADPi. They are constantly making improvements to their houses and they don't have special assessments or fees that are out of line. (Except maybe ChiO because they have that beast of a new house.) That's why it was so odd that Kappa had financial difficulties a few years ago and why the best sisterhoods have the best houses. The rest have to play catch up and that's what COBing is all about.
