I don't think you got a single tier right. Not. a. single. one. Mid tier is completely effed up. Aphi is on the verge of top tier and zeta is ranked 13th or 14th overall.

APhi has a long way to go before it is anywhere near top tier. It is a good sisterhood, but they need to work on their grades (both in whom they recruit and their GPA afterward), they need to fix up their residence and they need to excel in a variety of diverse areas. I would put them right in the middle of mid-tier.

They're right under top tier for sure actually. If they had better grades they would be top. In a few years I bet they will be.

If you're going to put mid tier into order alpha phi should be above g phi though. They're like.. 0.03 or 0.04 apart in GPA, they have a good sisterhood as far as I've seen and they place in things more often. They're well liked throughout green town and they're good looking.

If they had better grades, they could be the new Tri Delt. The only thing that separates G Phi and Tri Delt is their GPA. At least alpha phi sometimes has a chance of placing in competitions.

I think SK is still ranked ahead zeta at this point. There's been accusations but no proof of what is going on in the SK house. Bottom tier should still be: phi mu, sk, zeta, and sigma in that order. I think KD is lower mid so I didn't include them.

I would put Kappa and Theta in the middle tier. Theta still has too many awkward girls and they aren't top in grades anymore and Kappa is just a sad house in so many ways. They try so hard but they aren't fooling anyone.

Theta was first in grades fall semester. Also, they work hard as fxck for everything they do and you can call them try hards all you want but they WORK and thats admirable. Same with Kappa. Kappa is not sad at all, you are. If you can give me a reason other than awkward girls for Theta and supposedly girls that didnt pref Kappa first for Kappa, then I will maybe believe you. Im sorry but having a few awkward girls or having a few girls who MIGHT not have preffed a house first does not push you to middle tier. If it does, then Chi O is middle because they are try hard, awkward girls and Delta is middle because a lot of girls didnt pref them first either. The general opinion of both of those houses are top tier no matter how much a few of you bitter girls try to convince everyone they arent just because you hate them.

A LOT of Deltas preffed GPhi first. Way too many. So if we're going to sit back and pretend that having girls that didn't pref you first means you're not top then nobody is top tier. Y'all are jealous of Kappa and Theta.

Or maybe it is an insightful comment from someone who is IN a top tier house and knows what one looks like. Just because dozens of Kappas insist on this site that they are top tier doesn't make it so. We all know Kappas. They are the girls who are the runners-up to everything. They try really hard, but just don't quite measure up. I love the fact that they take pride in their house and I love the fact that they care a lot about how their sorority is viewed, but we also know when they preffed they wanted to be Deltas or PiPhis or ChiOs. Not everyone can be in those houses. But until girls consistently make Kappa their first choice, they are only fooling themselves. In fact, I would agree with the other post that there probably are more Thetas and ADPis who pref those houses #1 and so they should also be ranked higher than Kappa. If Kappa spent a little more time improving themselves and a little less time on this site, they would have a lot more respect among the Greek community.

I'm failing to see how being two time defending Greek Week champions is considered "runner up" in your eyes. Kappa places too five in everything they don't win. Please hide your jealousy better.

I dont care what you have to say about kappa personally but when it comes to delta, I can tell you more than half the tri delt pc preffed another house. So I dont wanna hear that Delta is top because omg just sooooo selective. No. Chi O and Pi Phi, yes maybe. But Delta was not a 100 percent return rate house by any means. If youre gonna throw Kappa to mid tier because of girls not preffing them first you better push Delta down too because I can GUARANTEE almost half of them preffed other houses because I hang out with a lot of them and they have told me. Just playing devils advocate to all you Kappa haters. Id put Theta before Delta and Kappa to be honest.

Deltas usually preffed Gphi. I dont honestly think gphi is a good house at all but they put on one hell of a rush for sure and they have to be one of the favorite houses during recruitment. Granted they have problems keeping girls once they get them, but they pretty much have their pick of girls. So, yes, if we are gonna knock houses off their top tier status for girls preffing them first, Delta should probably go. Most of them wanted Gphi. Some of the ones I met also wanted Chi O and DG.

There is not a chance in hell Gphi would every knock off tridelt because just because you didn't pref a house first, doesn't make it a bad house? And it goes both ways. Many gphis wanted to be tridelts, just as many tridelts wanted to be gphis. You'll find that many times with houses that recruit similar girls. In the end, the girls that tridelt gets (whether they wanted them first or not) are just all around better than the girls gphi gets. Tridelt is successful in grades, looks, philanthropy, sisterhood, recruitment, frats love them, and they're stepping it up a tiny tiny bit in comps (they did dece in RAMS). Just a thought.

Which is why the argument that Kappa isn't top tier because their girls didn't pref them first is so stupid. Every house has girls that didn't pref them first. Give me another reason Kappa isn't top. Literally any other reason. You can't. Nobody can. They place in competitions, they recruit top tier material girls, their grades are good. You can't give me a reason. Same with Theta. Give me a reason besides awkward girls because every house has them.

The thing that makes Phi Mu or Sigma a bottom tier house is that their grades suck, they don't place and as a whole their girls are awkward or weird.

People on this website seem to think that just because you personally hate a house means they suddenly aren't top. And that's not true. Our top tier is-

Pi Phi
Kappa
Delta
Chi-O
Theta

That's it. All houses with the highest grade cuts and either compete consistently or are popular with fraternities and have a certain "look" they go for. Delta and Pi Phi are top because of grades and their looks and the other three are top because of grades and involvement.

If ADPi could get their grades and looks more consistent, they'd be top.
If Alpha Phi could lock grades down, they'd be top.

It's really not that hard to grasp you guys.

i always considered theta top....? also, why isnt kappa top? what makes them not top? I respected the hell out of them during recruitment so like Im just wandering why this one person keeps trying to tell us they arent top... who are you and what are your reasons. If you say awkward girls im going to ignore you because most girls in that house are not awkward and you have something against them.

Of course winning makes you top. World Series winner? TOP. Superbowl winner? TOP. Greek Week winner? TOP. Grades? TOP. It doesn't matter if it's Chi O, Kappa, Theta, Delta, GPhi, Zeta or Phi Mu. Winning makes you top, period. Consistently winning not only makes you top, it makes you a dynasty/legend. Anyone who says otherwise is jealous.

Umm kappa didn't place in homecoming or Greek week my freshman year (three years ago) so if you're trying to prove a point at least make sure your facts are right
