sigma and phi mu

Rumor has it that Phi Mu has lost their charter because of their grades and Sigma is losing their house because they can't afford to pay for it. Is there any truth behind these rumors? I know I've heard the Sigma rumor for a long time but my friend is a Sigma and she said they're having trouble filling the house because nobody can afford to live there.
Does this mean that we'd only have thirteen sororities for fall recruitment? I just have a hard time believing the rumors because Phi Mu just got a COB class and I don't think PHA would let them if they were losing their charter.

Ya I know that but they must have cobed because when member count came out their nm was in the high 90's and that's not including their springs cobs

Why would phi mu get their chapter pulled? Ever since SK and sigma came here phi mu (while still in bottom 3 for grades) at least makes better grades than those two chapters.
If any house should be pulled for grades it should be sigma.
Worst grades (consistently) are: SK, Zeta, phi mu, and sigma. Followed my aphi and Gphi every semester

SK beat Phi Mu in grades their first semester here so that's not true at all. SK has been 14th in grades every semester they've been here so far and Phi Mu and TriSig have been switching off between 13th and 15th.

You have to meet the all female average. Tri sig, phi mu and SK are consistently under all female. PHA begins to remove socials after repeated semesters and I'm sure harsher consequences are in their future..

I've heard these rumors for awhile but it is true that Sigma is having trouble filling spots in house. That doesn't mean they're losing the house but when your house costs about ten grand to live in a year, you're not going to be able to find girls who can afford it.

This rumor has been going on for a while now with sigma losing their house or frats trying to buy it. One of my best friends is a Sigma and shes actually on a waiting list to get in the house. They have around 60 spots for girls to live and around 90 trying to live in house. Im gonna assume this is true because its coming from someone actually in house not just a rumor going around haha

That is a lie. TriSig was paying girls to break their leases and move into the house last year and this year as well. I should know, my friend is their house manager and she is constantly crying about how hard it is to fill the spots. It's true Sigma isn't losing their house but that house is almost impossible to fill.

Im talking about a waiting list for next year sweetie. I am 100% positive on that fact considering I have a friend actually on the waiting list herself

If there's a waiting list for next year, and they can't fill it this year, why don't they open it up to freshmen to solve the problem?? Tons of houses do this. That way spots are filled and the girls get the opportunity to live in. Something fishy is going on, it kinda sounds like a cover up to me!! Sigma obviously doesn't have a "wait list" otherwise their house would be filled right now, and it's not!

That's exactly right. How can you have a waiting list for next year when you have vacant rooms this year? Sigma is full of lies, lies, lies. And once DZ comes to campus within the next year or so, their house will crumble.
