tiers

Sig Chi is one of our frattier houses for sure. I don't see them out a lot on campus but they get out a lot downtown and on the weekends. The ones I know are good dudes, Sig Chi is definitely a respectable house to be in.
All of the ones mentioned by "frats" is except for Sig Ep. I dunno what Sig Ep try hard is on this website trying to say they're a good frat but nobody really cares about Sig Ep.

Well I wrote it and Im a girl in a mid/upper mid house and we like to go to sig ep. I guess theyre not really top. I almost didn't put them in but they are a solid house. I think theyre not on the same level as those other houses but they are still one of the better party house :)

TOP HOUSES: delt sig, beta, delt sig, delt sig delt sig
middle: farmhouse, pike, ato, everything but delt sig, pike
bottom: pi kapp, du, phi delt, phi kapp (quit crying in the corner), pi kapp (quit pushing people down the stairs), pi kap, hey did i mention pi kap?

Pi kap is losing their house so I see them taking a tumble next year. But then again they lied to recruits two years ago about losing the SK house. I would say there's 20 fraternities worth joining. It just depends on your personality man. All the frats mentioned are good but if it's not a good fit you won't want them and they won't want you.

Those are the houses people know. Not saying joining any other house won't get you Brotherhood or some sort but if you're worried about prestige than the above houses are the ones worth looking into.
