How do you place Kappa in top but ADPi in upper middle when ADPi ranked top in overall grades, won Homecoming, get their top selections for recruitment and have one of the nicer houses on campus.

This is inaccurate af. 100% written by a kappa or theta. Both of those are middle at best. Aphi, tridelt, gphi, pi phi, chi o, zeta. If you aint in one of those you aint worth a damn

those houses are in the top because believe it or not, they believe there’s more to life and college than partying and looking hot for frat guys. the top houses have a strong history and are well rounded. check yourself.
