Looks about right, however I thought Pi Phi’s class was a little disappointing compared to their previous classes.

This is the best ranking I've seen, assuming each tier is in no particular order. Those listed in top tier got exactly who they wanted during recruitment and have extremely well-rounded pledge classes. While I would move DG down to low middle and APhi down to bottom tier, the rest is spot on.
