I keep hearing mixed stories, so I really wanna clear the air. I am fully aware that APhi is COBing this semester, and I know they tend to do it later than anyone else. I had a couple different girls in that house put my name down so they know I'm interested, but I have yet to hear anything or get an email. Someone posted on another thread saying that APhi is already done COBIng. Others have said they haven't started yet. Can someone who is actually informed (not someone who's heard from a friend) what actually is going on? I want to know if I still have a chance or not so I can stop thinking about it. Thanks :)

APHI already COB'ed. They gave bids to 8 girls 2 of which are my friends. I cant tell you for sure if they are completely done or not, but I know they already started.

I am in the same situation as you. My friend in house said they are having another round but I don't know when. Are there any APhis that can help clear this up?

Every house reads this website. There are just some houses that don't respond bc they don't want to be known as a house that goes on Greek rank. Think about it, the houses that respond - either good or bad , are known as houses that troll this site. Houses that don't respond look much better.

A Phi already did two rounds of COBing and I heard they are supposed to do another third round. My friends in A Phi said they are supposed to take around 25 girls.

If I had a friend put my name down about two weeks ago for APhi will I hear back from them? My grades and involvement this past semester were pretty good but I don't know why I haven't heard back yet. Any suggestions?

It sounds like they already gave out their bids so I wouldn't count on hearing from them. I wouldn't take it personally because they only took 8 girls and probably rushed many many more. I would try and rush in the fall where you would have a better chance of joining more houses.
