Kinda wanna rush in spring who should I go for/who gives out the most COBs

Any sorority that gives out "the most COBs" is not a sorority you want to join. If they are in that position, there are serious internal problems.

Getting a cob bid isn’t easy anywhere. Go for the places you think are a good fit and see what happens. Don’t limit yourself because you could get a bid from a great house if you’re open to putting yourself out there.
