2014 fraternity tiers

after going to houses for last semester and part of this semester this is my opinion of the fraternity tiers. girls please chime in and tell me what you think

in order

top: beta, sigma chi, DU, Sig Ep
upper mid: Phi kap, Aepi, Delt, KA, Farmhouse
Middle: LXA, Pike, Pi Kap, Sigma Nu, Sig Pi
Lower Mid: ATO, Delt Sig, Phi Delt, Phi Psi
Bottom: Delta Chi, SAE, FIJI, Beta Sig

top? Pi Kapp and Pike below Farmhouse?

Id say move Sig Ep and Farmhouse to the same level as Sig Nu and Sig Pi, All or decent houses that have some strengths but still have things holding them back.

What about AGR? They are very Invovled on campus and won homecoming this year and also usually do well in most competitions. In fact I think last years GW king was an AGR...
Why aren't they even listed. The guys I have met there are great.

If they were on here they'd probably be lower mid or bottom because they lack in the party aspect
