is theta or chi o doing cob/informal recruitment right now?

If PHA hasn’t listed them as participating then they aren’t. In general theta & chi o get the choice of girls and always reach quota, so they historically have not done COB in fall. Most houses in the past 2 years have done COB in spring

The only houses doing it are DG, Phi Mu, and Sigma.
