Top tier is hard to rank bc while each house in top is strong, they are all a bit different and can offer something unique to their members. Mid tier is a cluster of decent houses anyone would be proud to be a part of. Again, a lot of it is who you know and based on opinions. But bottom tier for me is easier to objectively rank. We spend so much time arguing on top tier, but little to no time on our bottom tier houses. Which houses do you think are strongest? I certainly see potential in a couple of them to make the leap to mid tier in a few years!
Bottom tier:
1. KD - that is if you believe this house isn't already mid tier. It's about a 50/50 split of opinion there. If they could rush attractive girls and socialize a bit more they would easily be mid tier.
2. Phi mu - this house is no longer the worst house on campus! They have some definite issues in retention and involvement, but they are also the most likable of bottom tier. They are deserving of a top 2 spot.
3. SK - yes they're new and I hope this is premature but they remind me a lot of phi mu with their strong sisterhood. They want to get their name out there and always put their best foot forward. I see big things for this chapter.
4. Zeta - they are easily the most attractive of bottom tier, but lack a lot of substance. They seem to be too concerned with status and how people view them rather than working hard like the houses around them to better their sisterhood.
5. Sigma- still struggling to find their footing

I agree. I personally think KD is middle tier but if they are going to be bottom tier then they are the top, Phi Mu and SK are both in the right spot and I agree that SK is doing very well for how new they are, they're on the right path. And yes, despite the Zeta drama they are not worse than Sigma. Sigma is our worst house. They have the worst girls, the worst recruitment record and frankly aren't that great.

Yeah, SK has a few girls that are bad but as a whole their girls are prettier in the face and have better bodies. I think Phi Mus girls are very cute too however, it's a tossup really. Both houses although being bottom tier are very sweet and nice.

I just saw SK's pledge class and they are cute. Maybe a few duds in the mix but for the most part they got a lot of pretty brunette girls. Now Phi Mu needs to get a cuter Spring PC. SK has been outcompeting Phi Mu and has been more involved in greek philanthropy events than Phi Mu has.
