As a prior member of PHA recruitment board, I'm not allowed to give out exact numbers of return rates or anything along those lines. I will tell you the grouping of houses that recruit the same girls, or what houses play tug of war with each other to give bids.
Kappa and pi phi are always stealing girls from each other
Chi o, theta, and adpi also share
Gphi and delta of course, aphi and DG sometimes squeaks in
Aphi and AXO share a lot, sometimes KD sneaks in there
Sigma and zeta fight over a lot of the same girls bc their houses are very similar. I would also lump in phi mu and SK, although I think those two will be more competition with each other than with sigma and zeta.

They may not be super similar, but they DO fight over the same girls. Zeta tends to get the prettier ones, but the personalities of both houses are similar. Think about it, they both get leftovers in recruitment, many of them are immature and "crazy"

Zeta is more similar to Sigma than any other house.
