for someone rushing, what are the different fraternity stereotypes?

Fraternities (emphasizing grades, brotherhood, less pre-occupation with drinking, well-roundedness, class): Beta, DU, Fiji, Phi Psi, Phi Delt, Ag Rho
Frats (pre-occupation with partying, not as well-rounded, some ok with grades, kind of an extended high-school attitude, not very classy, don't own houses, etc.): Delt, Delta Chi, Pike, ATO, Theta Chi, Pi Kap, Deke, and the rest.
