fall 13 grades and members

The chapter sizes were fall 2013 semester and don't take into account Dec. grads, transfers, etc. With that in mind, it is possible that Aphi, AXO, Tri-Delt might choose to COB if they are below 288 when spring 2014 semester starts.

I think the other houses just stepped their game up. Theta clearly wanted their top spot back and they got it. Props to them!

also tied for smallest PC member total... What is happening to ADPi???

SK was allowed to recruit up to full chapter size which is why they got so many girls, they were allowed to give more bids on bid day than normal houses. Sigma and Phi Mu COB'd some great girls during the Fall and all three houses will probably COB again just to try and get closer to average chapter size.

And yeah, what the hell happened with ADPi? Clearly they were the ones who didn't make quota and just sat back and let everyone say that Sigma or Zeta were the ones who didn't make quota. Proof is in the numbers though, ADPi is slipping.

I find it funny how ADPi was on here a few weeks ago (as well as Kappa) both claiming top tier. Maybe they should focus less time on this site and more time keeping their members happy.

I think it's hilarious that our bottom tier all recruited very well AND kept their members while ADPi failed miserably. Even Zeta managed to have more girls than ADPi did. What's up with that?

Just because people may drop doesnt mean it has anything to do with the sorority. Finances are usually a huge factor in drop rates. There are personal issues that a sorority cant fix and girls may drop. they just decide its not for them regardless of what sorority they were to end up in. Its not that they arent happy. I mean that could be the case but you guys just assume that because a PC is small everyone is unhappy and hates each other so they drop? no. thats not how it works.

Alpha phi is considered solid and maybe upper mid tier because of their reputation, looks, and how they do in competition. They have ok involvement, but no involvement requirements but grades is not their thing. They might be sweet, fun, competitive and pretty, but they're not that smart. You can't always have it all.

but if they had better grades, just some better ass grades, our top tier would not be what it is right now. They would probably recruit all of Deltas girls because of their better rep and involvement. so close. so so close.

I want Alpha Phi to do better in grades so badly because aside from grades they are such a solid house. Everyone is pulling for Alpha Phi, I hope they crack down this semester and really shine.

i totally agree. some of the sweetest girls on campus, beautiful, fun and involved. they work hard in everything but grades so its a shame. If they can get one or two good semesters where they are top 5 in grades, they could raise their grade cut for recruitment and i agree, they would likely take Deltas girls because A Phi is more down to earth and likable. Everyone is pulling for them

If any Alpha Phis are reading this, please pull your grades up! You guys are much more likable than some of the houses considered above you and I know most of the greek community would want nothing more than for you to be upper middle or maybe even top tier one day. You've got everything else going for you, please get some competitive grades in the mix to shake things up. I'd love to see you in the top tier with my house over certain houses that are just here by default.

I have a couple friends in this house and i heard they were really trying to get members to pull up their grades and that they're starting to kick girls out if they don't make grades so maybe theres hope for them to improve! Its not a surprise to me that they didn't do well but i do think that this is their biggest downfall if they can raise their grades..by alooot..they will end up top tier in the future

Honestly delta did prove their place, but kappa lost members and really didn't do near as well in grades. Kappa is slipping. Facts are facts!

Zeta did just as poorly as we expected them to. People were bashing because they were claiming middle tier and lying about their grades and membership. If they stop the lies I'm sure the hate will stop.

ADPi and Kappa are BOTH slipping! It is a fact. Just as you have claimed in the past... Facts are facts and you can't argue facts! At least Delta has cute girls, that are not awkward and their grades are even better!

I dont see any slipping at all. So some girls couldnt afford to be in Kappa and ADPi. that doesnt mean they are slipping crazies. ADPi maybe a little because of grades but Kappa is still top 5. CHHIIILLL. Nobody has moved in the ranking but Theta. Theta is certainly above Kappa and Delta for this semester.

My best friend's a tri delt and their PC was 85 to begin with and now it's 83

Quota was eighty six girls, not eighty. Which means that ADPi and Phi Mu BOTH lost a significant amount of girls to only have seventy eight left. That's almost ten girls and I seriously doubt they're all financial/personal reasons. Why can't these houses just admit they failed during recruitment this year? It's a shame because Phi Mu rushed some hotties and I know for a fact that COB'd after Recruitment as well which means that they lost more than we're seeing from their original Fall PC, gained numbers by picking up leftovers and STILL lost that many girls. Seems Phi Mu didn't do as well as we thought they did and as for ADPi, IDK what's up with them. It's weird.

please direct me to the website that states quota was 86 girls. not that i dont believe it i just want to see it myself. also. if it is 86, isnt it possible maybe they didnt make quota? or if they did, remember it is possible to kick new members out very easily before initiation.
