Lambda House Drama

Sooooooo does lambda's house belong to theta chi or TKE. both frats think they own the house but nobody is saying who really owns it

No one owns it. Theta chi is renting for this semester

theta chi bought the property and currently has brothers living in

Theta Chi has not bought the property! A realtor's sign is still in the yard and there are no Greek letters on the house signifying Theta Chi ownership. Some members are living there this semester though.

Theta Chi has not bought the house and probably will never. TKE is moving in next semester.
