There are 43873485789457 different posts on who's top tier, middle, upper bottom, ect. Everyone can argue who belongs where all day but that's extremely difficult to agree upon because everyones looking for different things in a house and houses all exceed in different areas. So here we go, I'll brace myself for the 25 replies of disagreement.
Top in grades:
Theta, Kappa, ChiO,ADPi
Top in looks:
Delta, Pi Phi, Aphi, Gphi
Top in greek events:
Kappa, ChiO, Theta
Most down to earth:
AXO, Phi Mu, Aphi, SK
Top houses (like the actual building..)
ChiO, Sigma, Kappa
Top in partying/fun (&generally speaking worst in grades)
Aphi, Gphi, Zeta
Top in recruiting/retention
I'll let ya'll fill this one in...
Most improved:
SK, Phi Mu
That's all I can think of but go ahead and tell me your thoughts and ADD YOUR OWN CATEGORY! Every house has different areas of success

i agree they are a good grades house and all and that they have a high grade cut, but they also were not even in the top five for grades in the spring semester last year soooo.... dont flatter yourself too much pi beta phi.

Ok, APhi gets compared to what house most? G Phi. Look at G Phi's grades, involvement, and their GW/Homecoming participation. They're both known as attractive houses, but Alpha Phi has a better reputation, they're generally more competitive in competitions than G Phi, and they are only .03 behind G Phi in grades so.. You have to look at the full picture with them. If they could improve their grades though, they could be a power house. I do have a lot of friends in that house and honestly, being the best isn't one of their concerns.

I would compare them more to tri delt than gphi? I feel like they're much more down to earth but i guess with the grades/partying thing they're similar

toss up for me between a phi and tri delt for being more liked but a phis more girl next door so i can see that as far as personals but they're pretty much equal to me. G Phi on the other hand would be at the bottom of my list. right next to kappa.

GPhi tries to be Delta and ADPi tries to be Chi-O and Zeta tries to be AXO. APhi is the only house I wouldn't compare to anyone else.

They totally do their own thing. I think that's what makes them unique and likeable. It's not like they don't care at all, but they care about their sisters and having fun together way more than they care about their place in Greektown. I think it's because they're solid middle tier and could be top tier if they REALLY tried, but I think the reason that they don't is because they're laid back girls who put effort in, GW/HoCo/Greektown us not their life. These girls see the bigger picture.

Phi Mu, Kappa Delta and Alpha Phi are the houses I like best based on sheer personality.

KD and Phi Mu. Now you can all hate on them all you like, or call me crazy, but I think Phi Mu pulled two really attractive PC's the last two years, and KD (while they pulled some barkers) was mostly cute, too. KD didn't place this year in GW(SHOCKING!!!!) but they're still strong for involvment. KD is very supportive of everyone's charities. I always notice KD's in their letters at events. Both KD and Phi Mu need to get their grades up. But they're hands down the nicest girls in Greektown.
