which lower mid tier frats are the best?
by: housesI'm well aware of the more popular top tier and high middle tier houses, but what do people think of delta chi, lambda chi, ag sig, ag rho, beta sig?

OP asked what we thought and I told her what I thought. Take a seat honey, my philanthropy is important to me and DChi consistently tries very hard to help benefit it. That's why I like them.

Delta Chi - Loooove these guys. They're really nice guys, involved on campus, and throw decent (not great though) parties. If you want to get really involved on campus this is a good house.
LXA - similar to Delta Chi, but not as involved and party a little harder.
Ag sig - eh they aren't bad but I'm kind of indifferent...
Ag rho - ag sig, but better. Girls like them because they're really sweet and chivalrous and know how to treat a girl. They don't really party much though.
Beta sig - just average. I've met a few creeps, but most of them are normal I guess. No real opinion

Pretty sure the OP doesn't care if they're involved on campus. Lambda chi's are my favorite out of that list, they throw decent parties and the guys are somewhat normal. The rest of those houses are just so weird.
