Pi Phi, Theta, Chi O, ADPI, Kappa: Known as being the sororities with the highest grades and best member retention.
TriDelt, GPhi, DG, APhi, Zeta: The popular girl houses on campus and known as being some of the best looking.
KD and Achio: Girls that are genuinely themselves and have strong sisterhoods.
SK, Phi Mu, Tri Sig: Not most people’s first choice but are still good houses to be in

Actually—wow. Not very PHA (or IFC or NPHC or MGC) of you to tear down the SKs like that.
All Greeks should encourage other houses to thrive. The Greek System needs all chapters to succeed, and it sounds like you want SK to fail.
If your house shares in your views, ya’ll might need to revisit your chapter’s ideals and values.

I second what you said about the Greek system supporting other chapters in a healthy way. We should encourage chapters to thrive, I don’t get why we need to constantly hurt chapters to make others feel superior. This is outdated and we can be better than this. We are better than this.

I disagree that the Greek System needs all chapters to succeed. Demographics are at a low point and there are fewer people going through recruitment (women AND men). As far as I'm concerned, the Greek System would be better if we lost about half of the fraternities on campus (that have no identity, low standards and no real purpose for existing) and about a quarter to a third of sororities. There are houses that are barely hanging on. Get rid of them.

The OP really thinks that PiPhi, ADPi, ChiO, AXO etc. don't have popular and pretty girls? It's 2021. You'd have to be stupid (or an Alpha Phi) to think you can't be pretty as well as smart and popular and involved. We've seen the pledge classes on Bid Day. The beautiful girls who are also bright and involved aren't in the second group. The top houses are far from one-dimensional.

Bump, Theta, Pi Phi, and Chi O are top tier houses with tons of popular pretty girls. TriDelta is above kappa which is nowhere near the top tier. Sorry kkg, but true.

There was no reason to say "stupid (or an Alpha Phi)" when making a post about how you can be pretty as well as smart and involved. That was immature and goes against your own point. We should all be encouraging each other, not call each other stupid.
