top: theta, chi o, pi phi, kappa (in no particular order)
upper middle: axo, tridelt, adpi
lower middle: aphi, gphi, zeta
bottom: sigma kappa, phi mu, trisigma (in order)

"Kappa is top tier" said no one, ever, at Mizzou. I'd put Kappa in the middle of the middle tier. There are many, many more selective houses with better grades and quality girls.
