how is everyones first week in their sororities?

Im gonna be honest... im pretty disappointed. I fell in love with Kappa during recruitment. The girls seemed so genuine and nice during our zoom conversations. But since bid day, I feel like they forgot about us.... I wish I just felt more welcomed and like the conversations I had during the week meant something to them, like it did to me.
it feels like it was all just a show:,( anyone else feeling this way??

Just another Kappa hater. This website is the LAST place an actual new member would take their complaint. Nice try.

I know for a fact kappas don’t post here. One of the first things discussed when you pledge is not to post on any social media. So if someone says they are a kappa and post you know for sure it is bogus. My sister was a kappa that graduated this year. And no I am not a kappa.

Kappas are on here ALL THE TIME. How could we forget the Kappa who boasted about how her sorority house is the longest Kappa house in the nation. As if anyone cares. I don't know who you think you're kidding, but Kappas are on here almost as often as Alpha Phis.

I’m so sorry love. How you’re feeling is valid. I think especially in these times sisterhood should be very thoughtful and intentional. I know we are all adjusting but I do feel as though it’s up for every chapter to do what they can to let their new members know they’re there for them in spite of large physical presence. I hope KKG has some amazing things in store for you! However I wanna advise you to use your voice and talk about your concerns with your new member educator, and make them aware of how you’re feeling and you all could find solutions for you to get the support you need.
