Advice for an active member recruiting through Zoom?

Hi guys! I am an active member in a sorority at a different school and I'm super nervous about zoom recruitment. Do any actives on here have some wholesome advice for recruiting PNMs via zoom?

I would recommend being yourself! Make the PNM’s feel super comfortable. Don’t let any awkward silence occur, have a list of questions by you to keep the conversation going. Just try to be as kind and warm as possible! Sell your sisterhood!!
