Encouraging older girls

by: Smiley

To the girls questioning whether they should rush as a sophomore or junior, just go for it.? I got a bid as a junior transfer student from my favorite house. A lot of girls tried to discourage me because if I’d be older but I went in open and gave it my best shot and that could be the same case for you! My pledge class just started a groupme me and we have a fair amount of sophomores

I guess I dona't understand why juniors would want to go through rush. as a 21-year-old or almost 21-year-old you don't have much in common with someone who is 18. Most of your pledge class hasn't declared a major and you would be getting into the thick of yours. Living in the house as a senior when most seniors have been in apartments for two years. I don't get it. I'm not being critical. I'm just confused about that as a priority.

I’m pretty young for my grade, I literally turned 20 a few days before recruitment, also my credits I’ll be at Mizzou for an extra year. Not all of my credits transferred perfectly and I need to take a lot of core classes. My bid day buddy was a junior too so I’m hoping I can make good friends with her and the girls in her pledge class

Because of my AP credits, I will graduate from Mizzou after just three years. I have a summer birthday, so I will literally be younger when I graduate than some juniors are who just pledged. I don't get it either. But, whatever.
