Somewhat the same, with a few surprises. AXO, ADPi and KD did really well and Kappa and DG slipped a bit. I would rank them this way, and if you disagree, be sure to say why:
PiPhi
ChiO
ADPi
Theta
AXO
TriDelt
KD
Zeta
GPhi
Then all the rest, most of which are interchangeable.

The nine listed, for the most part, seem to have specific standards and a strong identity and base their recruitment on those factors. They are distinctive in their own way. Let's the honest, the other six pretty much take who's left. That's why they're interchangeable. However, please don't think I am saying they don't have loyal members or strong sisterhoods.

^Those at the top of that list are the most selective houses and they have incredible retention during recruitment, but they aren't for everyone. Sometimes you just want a house where you can chill.

Some of us who are members of houses at the top of that list feel like we are pretty chill. It's just a sorority and we feel comfortable there.

^this has to be a joke. GPhi has few standards and is barely hanging on on this campus, Zeta is on the rise, but should be ranked 7th or 8th, TriDelt is working its way back but has a long way to go until it's in the top 3, Theta is extremely selective and gets whomever they want so should be much higher, AXO had a great rush and should certainly be in the top half and PIPhi retention is off the charts, putting it No. 1 or 2. My guess is that the person who wrote this isn't really familiar with the sororities on this campus.

This ^ is absolutely not true. I AM my chapter's recruitment chair and there is no such list. There actually are 9 lists, with different criteria for each list. But as I check all nine, I see NOTHING that remotely resembles this list. Just another GPhi or APhi trying desperately to look relevant.

I completely agree with the #10 comment. Tri delt, Gphi, and Aphi did a great recruitment
