If you’re a PNM, stop using this site
by: ??! WhyI can’t even believe people still use this site, and more so to tear other houses down. Whether you’re joining a fraternity or sorority this semester, stop using this site as it’s a cesspool of negativity and hate towards people. Find out which houses you vibe with based on the conversations had and the people you can see yourself surrounded by for four years, because it’s YOUR life and no one should tell you what house to choose based on their own notions and opinions. Every house on this campus is great, and there are going to be houses you click with and houses you don’t. You might even join greek life and realize it isn’t for you, and that’s okay too. Mizzou isn’t just Greek Life as it has a number of multifaceted organizations and clubs people love to be apart of. Find your friends, enjoy college as much as you can given the current situation and don’t blink because it flies by.

So its a cesspool of hate and people should form their own opinions-----as long as you agree with the person who posted this? That's more than a little hypocritical, isn't it? That no one's opinion counts except the OP? Thanks, but I will continue to read what people have to say here because there is a lot of truth. I also will weigh the opinions here with my own observations and the opinions of others and then draw my own conclusions. One thing I WON'T do is pay attention to people who tell me what to do, like the OP.

To the person who posted the comment above, yeah lmfao you should form YOUR OWN opinions ?? That’s why we have this little thing called our brain and can make our own decisions based on what we perceive, not based on the perceptions of others. And yes, this website IS negative. I honestly feel sorry for anyone who genuinely uses this site to rip on other houses. Get a hobby or something idk but there are more fulfilling things in life than hating on other people. Also, to comment on your point about hypocrisy - what’s hypocritical about my post? Can you further explain this to me as I don’t see how telling people to form their own opinions based on their experience is hypocritical. Having an opinion is fine but posting negative comments about a house, with REAL people who have REAL feelings, is wrong. That might be hard for you to digest since my post obviously was as well.
