Kappa, you are all over this site lately. Telling us your house is extremely selective, that your house is the most attractive and the longest in the nation (WTF?). It's not a good look for you. Time to crawl back under your rock.

Kappa, you don’t place in the top 5 for grades anymore, you didn’t win homecoming, and greek week never happened. It’s time to start working on the future of your sorority instead of trying to hold on to past accomplishments. Maybe instead of monitoring this site so closely you should work on recruiting a decent pledge class.

PNMs, Kappa isn't a bad house, but you probably can do better. They lack a real identity and are riding on their past laurels.

How stupid do you have to be, Alpha Phi, to single yourself out this way. And to blatantly lie as well. Attn PNMs. You can do much better than Alpha Phi.

Alpha Phi is actaully a top house with a great history. The girls are amazing and the house itself is beautiful. Just because you didnt get a bid doesnt mean you should be making PNMs feel bad about chosing APhi. AOE

You can’t just keep claiming Alpha phi is a top house with literally nothing to back it up. Aphi has one of (if not the lowest) GPA for all house and new members, does poorly in homecoming/greek week, has a low retention rate, an annex, and needs a renovation. People aren’t being mean or jealous. They are just stating facts.

Alpha Phi's house (the physical structure) is the biggest dump among all the sorority houses. I've heard it's because the alums are so angry at how far APhi has fallen that they won't support a major renovation. And the national isn't happy, either.

How could you leave Kappa off this list?? They literally have the longest house in the country and it's shaped like a key. ChiO and Zeta cannot compare. It also its sooooo nice on the inside, like its obvi the best house on campus

"I'm going to choose the longest house in the country" said no one ever. The Kappa house is pretty, but is a far cry from PiPhi or ADPi. As for the DG house, the scale and positioning on the lot is way off. Whoever designed it really missed the mark. It's new, but it's nothing special. I wouldn't want to live there even if DG dues were LESS than the better houses.

You wanna talk about PiPhi's house? Look at what's being said about them on insta. Maybe PNM's should focus on bigger issues than how nice their house is for this recruitment

If anyone chose a house according to Instagram, we all would be GDIs. In the past few weeks the anti-PiPhi, anti-ChiO and anti-Theta people have been working overtime on social media. All that tells me is that those three are the houses that threaten other houses. And it's true they have high standards, conduct a great recruitment and get exactly who they want. Many other houses get the leftovers.

There is more than a little truth on this website. Yes, seek answers from your PiChi, but know that they will never say anything negative about a house. There are a much better source concerning the recruitment process, not individual houses.
