Hybrid Recruitment
by: LillymaeAs a PNM I’m more scared than if I was going through recruitment in person. I look great on paper but get very nervous on FaceTime or Zoom. I’m afraid I won’t come across as well as I do in person.

If you get nervous on Zoom, how are you going to make it in the real world? And to the person who may be in quarantine, sorry, but isn't that why you should only have left the house if absolutely necessary and should always mask up? You reap what you sow.
