Show Moral Character....Stop Insipid Nonsense!

Our routines have been shattered, classes cancelled, friends separated from friends and families from families. Our movement is restricted by orders of "shelter in place", "stay at home", etc. People are dying alone without their families and loved ones near. Our economy is threatened and is weakening. Thousands are jobless. Yet so many are concerned about whether or not they belong to a sorority known and lauded for its "hotness". Perhaps some of those with "hotness" as a major concern are among those collegians who thought they were invincible and declared their independence by going on Spring Break regardless of the risks. If there are TriDelts, GPhis, APhis, or Zetas absorbed with the hotness of your sorority - or if you are a member of any other sorority and obsessed with ranking based on hotness and beauty, I am ashamed to have you as members of the Mizzou Greek community. Such vanity and shallowness is crass and deplorable. For God's sake show some maturity and moral character and stop this insipid nonsense!
