Houses that in 3-4 years will be considered top. Things are changing for fraternities

ATO
SAE
FIJI (if they can figure out housing)

Delt sig (need to start cutting lame kids)
LXA (rumors of new house? Already pretty solid and if KS gets their house back Stewart will be able to compete with Greektown and frat row)
FH (been improving every year)
Ag Rho has improved a lot as well

This is really dumb. You can't just add houses to the top without cutting some. There are about 9-10 great guys houses right now and unless 3 or 4 of them falter (doubtful), it's going to be tough for more than 1 or 2 on your list to get anywhere.
