They 100% did. Even Kappa, Chi O, and Theta who are know to almost never COB, but did in spring 2019. You can can literally find pics from each spring Bid Day on Instagram, whether they may be posted by that chapter or just in their tagged photos, but you can find them. There shouldn’t be any shame in admitting you did COB that semester because 2018 Formal Recruitment was rough in general...
