which houses are being renovated soon?
by: QuestionI know a lot of houses were just renovated a few years ago but there are also quite a few that haven’t! Do we know if any fraternities or sororities have plans for new houses?

Yes, as a matter of fact, I can read. And it says "gutting and redoing the outside..." What about that says "inside"? can you WRITE?

You asked if we can read, when the only thing written was about gutting the outside of a house. Obviously there was no clear implication, and you can't read an implication anyway. Don't you hate stupid people with an attitude?

Quite a few could certainly use it. But do the alumni or nationals want to invest the money? Plus they end up increasing costs for undergrads so unless it is a total dump it can be a mixed bag to upgrade. Also being out of the house or finding a temporary house while the rebuilding is being done can be a challenge and impact recruiting.

Some sororities are so well off that the cost of house renovations is done with cash and support from alums and not passed along to members. So the above statement is not always true.

Some sororities and their alums never let their houses get run down in the first place. They are updated/redecorated/remodeled regularly instead of waiting until it turns into a dump. You can tell APhi and DG don't have much support because their houses are/were just awful before the decision was made to do something about it. Sadly, the support from DG alums still doesn't seem to be there because most of those costs are being passed along to current members, which just isn't fair.
