by: letsberealCome on people. The “Top Tier” thing is such a load of crap. Most of the houses considered to be “amazing” backstab their own members and have no real substance. Rank girls on their sisterhood. Make it accurate. Being thin, blonde, and tan, doesn’t make you a top tier house. That just makes you fit into societies standard of beautiful. Let’s look for people beautiful outside and in for a change. Maybe that means completely switching some of the houses. I know some people would rather be in a sorority where their known for being hot but airheads but is that a top tier sorority? What standards do we as humans have it’s honestly pathetic.

There are no top houses that are known for being thin, blond and tan. Every top house is known for having significant substance. All have grade cuts and all are known for outstanding sisterhoods. Just ask any ChiO, PiPhi or Theta if they are proud of their house and what it stands for and the answer is a resounding "yes." Those houses actually are full of beautiful women, but you have to be much more than beautiful to make it into these houses. That's also what makes them selective. Now, TriDelt and GPhi will try to convince you that they are top tier, but they aren't.

Any fraternity member would tell you that TriDelt and GPhi are top tier and jump at the chance to have a social with them

And we all know that the most important reflection of quality is whether a bunch of drooling frat guys with a 2.3 gpa and acne want to bang you. I know that's the standard I aspire to.

Theta is and always has been one of the most selective sororities on campus. And they get exactly who they want during recruitment. So tell me why they wouldn't be considered a top house, just like ChiO and PiPhi who are in the same situation. To me a top house is one that has a strong identity, stands for something and doesn't settle.
