I'm sick of all these bottom tier houses taking over this site, i'm putting an end to the bickering. so here's where you stand in the rankings (concrete) after recruitment.
Top: chi o, pi phi, delta, kappa
mid: theta, adpi, gphi, aphi, axo, kd, dg
bottom: zeta, phi mu, sk, sigma

When are we going to stop ranking each other? That causes more than half of the drama on this stupid little website. Whoever posts all of the time about tiers is obviously incredibly insecure about her house and feels the need to validate it by posting on this website. Grow up. Get a life. Drop your sorority...if they knew you were posting things like that they'd probably be ashamed to be associated with you.

You are the problem in greek life. Why don’t you gain some maturity before posting here again. Someone seem to be patrolling this website constantly to accuse SK, and I guess we found them. Didn’t get a bid did you?

KD is still above the bottom tier houses though because of grades and involvement. I'd put them either dead last in mid tier or top of bottom tier near zeta.

Everyone is going to rank differently, depending on what each person deems the most important categories.
If looks is your thing (including this year's recruitment):
DDD, GPhi, PiPhi
Kappa, Chi O, Aphi, DG, ADPi, Theta, AXO, Zeta, Sigma
SK, KD, Phi Mu
If involvement and grades are your thing:
Kappa, Theta, ChiO, ADPi, AXO
PiPhi, DDD, DG, KD
Aphi, Gphi, Zeta, Sigma, SK, PhiMu
That doesn't count social or fun or sisterhood, etc. Everyone will have different ranks, depending on what they think is the most important quality. So agree to disagree people.

I am so SICK of AXO's RELENTLESS self-promotion. AXO, you're still bottom of Mid-tier, and you're only going to move up if your grades stick. Otherwise, NO.
EVER SINGLE POST is ranking AXO higher than they really are. It's SO obvious!!!!!

AXO owns this site. They hold stock. Didn't you know? In reality, I can't tell the difference between AXO, TriSIg, APhi, or Zta. But maybe that's just me.

The majority of Greeks that I know have friends in almost every other chapter. We're in organizations together, support each other, and love each other. Think about the women you know in other chapters and the girls you met in your Pi Chi groups before you post stupid stuff like this. You're seriously mistaken if you think the entire greek community is like this or that this is what being greek is about.

zeta zeta zeta... oh you poor girls. the same 3 things keep you from ever reaching mid tier, and until we see improvement in those three major things you will still be known as a bottom tier house. INVOLVEMENT, RETENTION, AND GRADES. get it together. your house sucks.

Phi Mu and KD have retention (sometimes) and involvement. Well every house has involvement. Hasn't helped them. Zeta has moved up and I think more respected than Alpha Chi. The guys like them better too and they are definitely more fun and more attractive. Time to accept and move forward. Things change.

Thanks zeta, but no one buys it. I don't think anyone would have a problem with you being mid tier if you truly fit in with other mid tier houses. Bashing on aphi and axo who are mid tier, is def not helping your case. They both have better retention than zeta. Zeta and aphi have prettier girls than axo. Axo had better grades than aphi and zeta. Axo and aphi place in competitions more than zeta. API has nicer girls than axo and zeta. Whatever. Truth is zeta stays in the bottom not because they aren't doing better than aphi and axo in some categories, but they're bottom tier because zeta consistently does poor in grades, doesn't have the hot girls like aphi, doesn't have the retention like either Aphi or axo, and isn't involved as either of the other two chapters. It's simple facts. It's not that Greek town is keeping you down in bottom tier, it's you. You're the only problem standing in the way. So stop bashing others and work on improving your own chapter.

that's how it goes. don't waste your breath. People that feel insecure about their placement will work hard to bluntly bash on other houses they feel are "unstable" in their rank. that's why KD and AXO get constantly bashed on - they're so in between always jumping back and forth between mid tier and bottom tier. Zeta just likes to chime in in hopes that they can influence people to also consider them low mid tier. apparently they aren't aware that by bringing down other houses, only makes their house worse. everytime they make a negative comment towards another chapter, it gives greek town another reason to see them as bottom tier. sucks.
