rationale behind this:
chi o/adpi both have great grades, are both super involved (homecoming/greek week)
tri delt/gphi both have beautiful girls, great fashion sense, and love to party. popular w/ frats
aphi/zeta/dg are all gorgeous girls as well, and seem to recruit similar girls. very social and are passionate about their philanthropy
axo/theta are also super smart, go-getters, and all around quality girls. super sweet women
pi phi/kappa are historically popular houses on campus with old money. active and go-getters
phi mu/tri sig are the sweetest girls you can find. generally attract the same crowd, they are typically the friendly girls next door that everyone wants to be friends with

Kappa and Alpha Phi are polar opposites. One likes to party way too much. The other tends to be deadly dull. And it's pretty insulting to lump Zeta in with them.
