houses of greek town

There's been a lot of talk about housing since Chi-O got their new house and so many chapters are adding on. So I wanted to rank the houses based on their houses! What do you all think? Agree? Disagree?
1. Kappa (Beautiful house, been here forever, gorgeous on the inside)
2. Pi Phi (Love the driveway, nice pin-light, pretty inside)
3. Chi-O (Not a huge fan of modern looking houses which is why it's three, but it's HUGE, brand new and amazing)
4. Theta (Big, bold, beautiful, rustic without looking cheap or old. Nice pin-light)
5. AXO (I like how it looks like a gingerbread house. A little small, but it's homey and cute!)
6/7. Delta/ADPi (Tie, both houses are beautiful and getting expanded on so they'll be bigger)
8. SK (I like the long house and it's renovated. Their letters look cute too)
9. APhi: (A little older, kinda falling apart, a touch-up would help a lot)
10. Phi Mu (Looks like a colonial style house, I love the white)
11. KD (I like the columns in front and the inside feels very homey)
12. GPhi (I don't like the dark brick with the pinlight and I don't like how the inside is decorated)
13. DG (Looked a little shabby, small compared to Chi-O next door, the upstairs needs work)
14: ZTA (Nothing really stands out about it to me, sorta forget about it)
15. Sigma (It's not a sorority house, it's a gloried dorm and it costs like 10k a year to live there)
A lot of this is aesthetics and personal preference. So share your thoughts!

I have to say, my sister got a tour of chi o and showed me pics later. It's very nicely done but everyone is right in saying it lacks something. It's the same reason I didn't like phi mus house and zeta going throug recruitment myself. It's not "homey" there's no "old sorority" charm.

Such a shame whoever designed the new Chi-O house couldn't try and make the house look older. I feel like the real reason so many people like Kappa/Pi Phi/DG's homes is because they are beautiful and rustic without actually being old and falling apart. Chi-O really should've tried to emulate that and instead they made an eyesore of a house with no old sorority charm.
It's big, but what else?

Whoever redid AXO did an amazing job. I helped my friend move in her stuff and it is so darn cute!

It's hard to imitate style and class. Theta, Kappa, Pi Phi, Delta, and DG have alumni who can bridge old and new style while still making each house homey, warm, and recognizable for any age alumni. Sigma, Phi Mu, and Sigma Kappa look cold and sterile. Chi O looks like a big Sumo wrestler perching over the street and KD has no architectural interest. Alpha Phi, Zeta, Gamma Phi, and AXO are smaller but charming. ADPi is trying hard to upgrade while still keeping their house's character. All the houses are amazing for their age except Sigma--it looks industrial. Kappa has the best lot and frontage.

I walked by their house a few nights ago on the way to my car and those letters are definitely backlit.
