houses of greek town

There's been a lot of talk about housing since Chi-O got their new house and so many chapters are adding on. So I wanted to rank the houses based on their houses! What do you all think? Agree? Disagree?
1. Kappa (Beautiful house, been here forever, gorgeous on the inside)
2. Pi Phi (Love the driveway, nice pin-light, pretty inside)
3. Chi-O (Not a huge fan of modern looking houses which is why it's three, but it's HUGE, brand new and amazing)
4. Theta (Big, bold, beautiful, rustic without looking cheap or old. Nice pin-light)
5. AXO (I like how it looks like a gingerbread house. A little small, but it's homey and cute!)
6/7. Delta/ADPi (Tie, both houses are beautiful and getting expanded on so they'll be bigger)
8. SK (I like the long house and it's renovated. Their letters look cute too)
9. APhi: (A little older, kinda falling apart, a touch-up would help a lot)
10. Phi Mu (Looks like a colonial style house, I love the white)
11. KD (I like the columns in front and the inside feels very homey)
12. GPhi (I don't like the dark brick with the pinlight and I don't like how the inside is decorated)
13. DG (Looked a little shabby, small compared to Chi-O next door, the upstairs needs work)
14: ZTA (Nothing really stands out about it to me, sorta forget about it)
15. Sigma (It's not a sorority house, it's a gloried dorm and it costs like 10k a year to live there)
A lot of this is aesthetics and personal preference. So share your thoughts!

My fav house (structures) have always been
1. Pi Phi - like a barbie dream home
2. Kappa - there's really nothing quite as impressive
3. DG - sure it could use some updates I'm sure, but golly what a welcoming site driving into greek town!
4. Chi O - the inside of the house is very modern, place needs a touch of home and warmth
5. AXO - whoever build this house also did Kap Sigs. Very German.
Worst looking houses (what do ya know, they're also bottom tier houses what a coincidence!):
1. KD is the worst by far. looks like a dorm
2. Phi Mu
3. Zeta - how bout adding some foliage or something?
4. Sigma - looks like a hotel

I know Delta is adding on and I think Pi Phi is having a few things done? Correct me if I'm wrong!

Beta has the nicest house.
I like Kap Sig because it looks old and rustic, very cool.
I also love Phi Kaps house on the outside, never been inside.

1. Pi Phi - SO stunning. I love their driveway and landscaping.
2. Kappa - Their house is huge and super beautiful. Gorgeous on the inside too.
3. Chi o - Their new house is AMAZING. So jealous.
4. DG - Great house, i think they could do a lot more with that huge lawn though.
5. AXO - Looks like a fairytale cottage

Least favorites
1. Sigma - I'm sorry, I just REALLY don't like it and think it's kind of an eyesore in Greektown.
2. SK - It doesn't look like a sorority house, looks like a frat house (and not a great looking one at that).
3. KD - Plain, looks like it was done on a budget.
4. Zeta - same as KD
5. Phi Mu - I can't decide if I like it or dislike it. It's kind of cute in a quirky way.

I'm in a house that's considered to be a visually appealing one, but REALLY? We know PNMs are browsing this site before recruitment and we're going to let them think that what the house looks like on the outside actually makes a difference?
PNMs- The people you spend your college years with are more important than the physical house.

I know GPhi is paired with SK for Mock Recruitment, so after tomorrow the GPhi girls will know what it looks like on the inside. And yeah, the ADPi addition is amazing. I like how it looks like it was apart of the original building. The contractor did a great job with it.

Pi Phi: Favorite all around. Like a Barbie dream house, love the driveway and the porch
Kappa/DG/Theta: Most "sorority" looking houses in my opinion. Perfection
AXO: Cutest house for sure. It looks like a fairytale cottage and I love that
KD: Favorite landscaping. That tree in front of KD looks AMAZING when it in full bloom.
PhiMu/SK: Favorite "house" looking houses. They look like larger versions of an actual home and I think that's cute.
Chi-O: I don't have a favorite thing about Chi-O but WOW. That house is absolutely amazing. If the inside is half as impressive as the outside is then they are set for life.
ADPi/Delta: I don't have a favorite thing about these either but they are both just so beautiful. The white on ADPi with the pinlight is cute and I love Deltas house, it's just a nice house.

It looks cold to me. It doesn't have the charm the old Chi-O had. Minimalist landscaping, the outside is a little too big and I've seen pictures of the inside, it kind of reminds me of Sigma. Just new, stark and very, very modern. I don't like the modern styles and I think it's an eyesore to be honest. DG right out front is old, but beautiful. It has classic sorority aspects and a certain historical charm. And then you've got Chi-O looming over it and it's unimpressive if you ask me. Chi-O could've afforded to build a Kappa/Pi Phi style house and instead they built a larger Sigma. Not impressed.

I agree with the AXO comment, it looks like a Hansel and Gretel house which I think is just so darn cute. It would be at the top of my list if it were bigger but it's structurally one of my favorites. Also, I know DG's house isn't knew but I love their landscaping and that metal anchor they have in the front yard is just one of my favorite things in ANY house. As for KD, I think it looks more like a house than a dorm and I don't think it's the worst. I think Sigmas is the worst. It's too stark, too modern and not even close to looking like a sorority house.
