Yeah I heard about this! If sigma closes this year their house will be up for grabs! Helllllo nice new mansion to ruin!

Delta Chi is not getting a new house as of this moment, FIJI is though.

Let's be real. FIJI is getting Delt Sig's old hand-me down of a house. It will be a while before you could ever describe that property as "new." That place is a dump. Also if Sigma is truly gone (or soon gone), somebody should just bulldoze the "Hampton Inn" of Greektown and build something new there. I don't think Delta Chi is getting a new house, they need one though.

I know Sigma tried to buy out those slum houses next door but they people wouldn't sell, so Sigma had to build up instead of out. But yes, Sigma or whoever gets that house if they do get kicked off campus, needs to buy out those tacky houses next door to them and build an expansion on the side because Sigmas house is not cute.
