chio, kappa, theta, adpi, tridelt, gphi, pi phi
Some take girls that are more talented, some more academic, some more athletic, some more attractive, some more well connected, but they all take girls who have the most positive attributes of any of the PNMs.

You'll have a happy recruitment if you end up in any house! Many girls end up getting released from recruitment all together. Be happy you're in a house and that you have the opportunity to be greek! It is such an amazing experience and in any house you will find sisters who will be there for you through thick and thin! Don't worry about getting into any specific house. Enjoy recruitment and trust the process. You'll end up where you belong. Can't wait to see all you PNM's in just a few weeks.

You'll have a happy recruitment if you end up in a house that likes you for who you are and you don't have to hide your true self in. It could be any of the above houses or any of the other houses that the OP neglected to mention. Greek Life is a wonderful experience, regardless of house. Don't let elitist attitudes sway the way you feel about certain houses. Go Greek and pick the house that's right for you!

let's be honest the person that started this was def a chio they're all over this site. But yes, they should be on the list they're a top house.

haha right? chi o's live on this site but the author was obvi an adpi. All those houses are top but adpi is definitely mid at most

ADPi is just about top tier. The only thing holding them back is looks and I think they'll pull real hotties this time around due to how much they slaughter the competition in other categories.

If you end up in any house, you'll have a happy recruitment. Not everyone wants to be in those houses, and who says those are the only ones worth being in? All those houses are great and have awesome girls, but listing houses like that makes PNM's think that if their schedule doesn't include those houses, they might as well quit. Every house has something different to offer; recruitment should be about finding where YOU fit in.

I think what the people above are trying to say is that any house is great and PNMs are lucky to be able to be a part of greek life here. But the truth is that some houses are more exclusive than others and require higher grades, better recs, better looks, more involvement, etc. Those houses are XO, KKG, KAT, ADP, DDD, GPB, and PBP.

^ but at the same time, some of those houses aren't good fits for some people. I hated GPhi and chi o but loved dg and axo. does that mean dg and axo aren't good choices? absolutely not. it just shows that I knew what I was looking for, and i didn't find it in 2 of what you would call "exclusive houses" but found it in decent mid tier houses. it's allllll opinion :)

I had bids back to KKG/Pi Phi/XO but I ended up pleading a middle tier house instead, by choice, because I felt at home there. The other three houses were amazing, well rounded houses but something about being in a big competitive house like that scared me a little! Being to tier wasn't for me and I love my sisters regardless of our "tier"

The "top tier" houses are all different and just because you like one of them doesn't mean you'd fit well in the rest. Often girls have one or two top tier houses and the rest middle tier because THAT'S WHERE THEY FEEL AT HOME which is what they're going for.
I don't think anyone is stupid enough to just choose houses by tier at the end of the recruitment day.
