Pi Phi/Gphi/Delta: These houses are strongest in their looks but not involvement
Chi-O/Theta/Kappa: Strongest in competitions but not as good looking as Pi Phi/GPhi/Delta
ADPi: Strong competition, decent looks
KD/AXO: Solid middle tier. Decent in looks and comps but not top tier
DG/APhi: Not the best in comps, looks aren't on GPhi/Pi Phi/Delta level but still pretty good looking. Partiers and truble makers
ZTA: Top of bottom tier. Could be mid tier with work
Sigma/Phi Mu: Bad in comps, not great looks, bad retention, not very popular
SK: Pretty involved for being new, alright looks, only been here a year. Potential maybe but idk for sure

Those comments and high ranks on SKs page were most likely self ranks from SK. Sad but true. They want to make a good name for themselves so as soon as they were added to the list they ran with it. You don't have to do a lot of digging to see what SK is really like. Their FB page says enough. Add in the fact that they are in this site 24/7 and it just shows how desperate they are to have people accept them. Truth is, they're egos are getting the best of them. They self rank like no ones business - just look how many total ranks they have! More than half of the sororities here don't even have that many ranks! If they wouldn't respond to each and every low rank I don't think they'd have as much as a problem. But they're honestly the most defensive house on Greek rank now, even worse than axo ADpi and kd combined
