Pi Phi/Gphi/Delta: These houses are strongest in their looks but not involvement
Chi-O/Theta/Kappa: Strongest in competitions but not as good looking as Pi Phi/GPhi/Delta
ADPi: Strong competition, decent looks
KD/AXO: Solid middle tier. Decent in looks and comps but not top tier
DG/APhi: Not the best in comps, looks aren't on GPhi/Pi Phi/Delta level but still pretty good looking. Partiers and truble makers
ZTA: Top of bottom tier. Could be mid tier with work
Sigma/Phi Mu: Bad in comps, not great looks, bad retention, not very popular
SK: Pretty involved for being new, alright looks, only been here a year. Potential maybe but idk for sure

I agree with what your comparisons, but it's funny to me just how different all of the houses are even though you lumped them into the same category. For example, Pi Phi, G Phi, and Tri Delt are houses that are "strongest in their looks but not involvement". Although I agree, these three houses are different.
Pi Phi - the classiest of the bunch. The girls are beautiful and love to have a good time, but they're more sophisticated and have more money than the other 2. They also have the best involvement and grades out of the 3.
Tri Delt - the hottest girls on campus. They definitely know how to party but are still somewhat involved and get good grades. Have good relations with other sororities and have some really sweet girls.
G Phi - the quintessential party girls of Mizzou. These girls are wild and tend to focus on partying. Involvement is so-so and their grades are typically in the bottom. However, the girls are super nice and so much fun.

K so I'm confused. This website says SK girls are "ok in the looks department" but the ones I've seen on campus are definitely "not ok in looks department." I don't want to be mean but are people just saying that to be nice? I mean, take a look at their fb page, these girls are NOT cute. Like at all. I would confuse them with phi mus or KDs. Again, sorry for calling out a house, but I just think it needed to be addressed.

That's the thing. You can be in a house that's known for looks and there are still "tiers" in that regard. Same with houses for involvement as well, and bottom tier houses. There are tiers within tiers and that's the real reason not one house on this campus can be the end all be all top house.
